Terms of use
Last updated: 1 November 2026 · test-network phase
By pointing a miner at stratum.hashlak.com you accept these terms. They are short on purpose; the numbers (fees, minimum payouts, ports) are published per coin on the start page and win over anything written here.
1. The service
hashlak is a PPLNS (later also SOLO) mining pool that pays you in the coin you mined, to the wallet address you mined with. We never convert coins and never hold balances above the payout threshold.
During phase 1 the pool runs on test networks: the statistics are real, the coins have no value. We announce the switch to mainnet per coin.
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, hashrate, blocks or earnings. Mining is a game of probability; luck and effort are published so you can judge it yourself.
2. Who may mine
You are 18 or older, and you mine only on hardware you own or are explicitly authorised to use. Electricity costs, taxes and the legality of mining in your country are your responsibility.
Mining from devices without their owner's knowledge (botnets, malware, hidden miners in software you distribute) is forbidden. We flag wallets with abnormal connection patterns, review them by hand, and may refuse payouts to a wallet after that review. Connection evidence is kept for 30 days.
3. Payouts and fees
Your balance is paid automatically when it reaches the minimum published for the coin. Fees are 0% for the first 90 days after launch, then as published (early adopters keep 0.5% for life). Where the network fee is charged to the miner, the coin's page says so.
The address is your identity: mining to a wrong or foreign-network address sends coins where nobody can recover them. Check your first payout on the explorer.
4. Fair use of the Stratum servers
Invalid addresses, junk connections and a high share of invalid shares lead to temporary IP bans (seconds to minutes) that protect every other miner behind the same router. Load testing or attacking the servers is forbidden.
You may not resell the pool as your own or proxy it to third parties without agreement.
5. Incidents and liability
We announce incidents, maintenance and policy changes on our Telegram channel and on the site. The hot wallet holds at most two days of payouts; the rest stays offline.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost mining time, orphaned blocks, network forks, exchange-rate changes or losses caused by wrong miner configuration.
6. Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to mine after a change means you accept it.
