hashlak is a mining pool. There are no accounts: we never ask for your name, an email or a password. This page lists exactly what the pool processes and why.

1. What we process

Your wallet address and worker name. The address is your identity on the pool; shares, hashrate, blocks and payouts are recorded against it and shown publicly on the stats pages and through the API, exactly as on any pool.

The IP address your miner connects from. The Stratum server logs it, and a job copies wallet-to-IP pairs into an abuse-detection table that is kept for 30 days and used only to spot botnets and connection abuse.

If you use the Telegram bot: your chat id, the language you chose and the wallets you asked to watch. No names, no usernames, nothing else from Telegram.

2. What we do not do

No cookies and no analytics trackers. The site keeps your language choice in your browser's local storage only.

We never sell or share data, never convert coins, never hold balances above the payout threshold, and we do not try to link a wallet address to a person.

We never ask for private keys, seed phrases or exchange logins. Anyone doing so in our name is a scammer.

3. Who can see it

Everyone: stats by wallet address, blocks and payouts (they are also on the public blockchain explorer).

Cloudflare proxies the website and the API and sees web traffic under its own privacy policy. The Stratum mining connection goes directly to our server in the European Union.

Nobody else. We disclose data only when the law of the server's jurisdiction obliges us to.

4. How long

IP evidence: 30 days, then deleted automatically. Mining statistics: as long as the pool needs them to run and to prove payouts. Telegram data: your watches, alert history and chat are deleted when you send /unwatch all or when the bot can no longer reach you (you blocked it or deleted the account); only a referral record, if you used a code, keeps your chat id.

Payouts are blockchain transactions and cannot be deleted by anyone.

5. Your choices and contact

Use a separate wallet address per rig or per farm if you do not want statistics grouped. Stop the bot with /unwatch all. For questions or deletion of Telegram data use the contact page.

This policy changes when the service changes; the date at the top tells you when.
